Are there any limitations on the test voucher which I should know about? |
Answer: Our test vouchers are 100% fully paid for your exam. When you buy a test voucher for your exam, you save huge dollars which will vary from certification to certification.
Facts about Vouchers:
1- Vouchers have an expiration date. You MUST take the exam
by the expiration date. The voucher expiration date CANNOT be extended in any circumstances.
2- All sales are FINAL. There is NO CREDIT, NO PRICE ADJUSTMENT, NO RETURN,
NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE to your order. Once the order is processed, everything is FINAL.
3- We are not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or vouchers you let expire.

How far in advance should I schedule my test? |
| Answer: You may be able to schedule your test
as late as the day before. However, we recommend scheduling about one week
in advance to get the date and time you want. |
When does my Test Voucher expire? |
| Answer: When we e-mail you
the actual voucher number, we will include an expiration date. Generally the date is
almost 10 months Time Frame from our purchase date but usually 6-8 months plus unless otherwise shown on that product page. That's the date that the individual
voucher expires. We always send the expiration date with the test voucher. |
I purchased X number of test vouchers at one time, but now I don't think
I'm going to be able to take my tests before the expiration date. Can I
exchange them for vouchers with a later expiration date? |

and certification, there isn't any significant difference - it's the same
exams and you receive the same credit. Prometric Vouchers can only be used
at Prometric Authorized Testing Centers while Pearson VUE Vouchers can only be used
at Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Centers. |
Can I use a Pearson VUE voucher at a Prometric test center? |
