I got into a spot of bother downloading the Transcender Cert Pack from the transcender site. I went to the live help chat session and the chat team (special thanks to Siddique and Bashir) got in touch with the transcender guys and stuck with it for over 2 hours till the situation was resolved. This is my third purchase from here and I must say that I am one happy customer. The support has been just outstanding. A lot of you would agree with me when I say that more than the product itself, its the support which wins the heart of the customers and makes them come back. I'd say these guys deserve a commendation for excellence in customer support. Keep up the good work!
