customer service is great! i reccommend the product to anyone looking to save money on thier cert path. i ordered the product and the proccess was smooth and simple. i got the voucher in under 15 minutes, ddownloaded the guide and test prep sofware easily. i was disappointed in only one area: the safari bookstore offer is adverised as a 14 day trial. only after purchasing the bundle do i find that it is actually 10 days, and the 10 day trial doesn't require any purchase of a voucher to get. then, it is an auto-renew subscription. no issues there, just cancel the trial @ nine days! ahhh, but you're allowed 50 page views OR 10 books, whichever comes first. huh? i would certainly hope that any technical references i could use in 10 days would allow viewing more than 50 pages! like i said: almost completely satisfied.

I am using getcertify4less for the first time. I called customer service for a voucher, and I was very happy with the help, ease and quick responses (after all was said and done). But I am most impressed with the Live help! I had trouble accesseing the downloads for my bundle and the customer care 'bashir' was very patient, helpful, and I never felt as if I was 'on hold' for any length of time, there was constant up=to-date contact....great job, outstanding idea (for Live Help). Thank you for the TCat e-book...I am loving this and have a renewed sense of accomplishment, mainly because the voucher came just when I TRULY needed it- at such great price. I will be back!
