Official Rules (the "Official Rules") for Promoter's (the
"Promoter") "IS Consultants, Inc. (DBA Getcertify4Less.com")
(the "Promotion"); |

Privacy - |
| |
| If you choose to enter this promotion, the registration and entry process
will require that you provide information that is considered "personally
identifiable information" such as email and name. |
| When you submit this information you will be (i) agreeing to provide registration
information to GetCertify4less.com ("Promoter") as the Promoter
of the Promotion and, (ii) provided you take advantage of marketing opportunities
offered by Promoter's marketing partners. All personally identifiable information
that is submitted in connection with the Promotion shall become the property
of Promoter. Details of the Promoter's privacy policy can be found at Privacy

How to Enter - |
| |
| On every calendar month Promoter is conducting an online Promotion through
which eligible individuals have an opportunity to win a Free test voucher.
To be eligible to win, all entries must be received no later than 12:00
AM (EST) on last day of every month. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON OR E-MAIL
ADDRESS (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER MORE THAN ONE PERSON USES THE SAME E-MAIL
ADDRESS) per day. Promoter will not verify receipt of entries. |
| Entries must be submitted in one of two ways: (1) Accessing the Promotions
web site at www.getcertify4less.com
and completing the online entry
form in its entirety, including email address and clicking on the submit
button. |

Mechanical/Automated Entries Prohibited - |
| |
| Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices
will cause disqualification. Entry materials/data that have been tampered
with or altered are void. Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, illegible,
misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind
whether mechanical, human or electronic. Once submitted, entries become
the sole property of the Promoter and will not be returned. In case of dispute
as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared as being submitted
by the registered user of the email account at the time the entry was submitted,
and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the
prize will be awarded to such registered user. |
| Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses or as multiple
participants. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email
addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter
multiple times will be disqualified. |

Eligibility - |

| This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States (EXCLUDING
PUERTO RICO) only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to
United States law. You are authorized to participate in the Promotion
if you are not located within the United States. This promotion is open
to individuals who are are 18 years of age or over as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted
by law. |
| Employees of Promoter and its dealers, manufacturers or distributors of
Promotion materials and their immediate families in the same household are
not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. |
| BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ACCEPT
AND BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE
PROMOTER. Any winner who does not comply with the Official Rules will be
disqualified. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the
sole discretion of Promoter. |

Proof of Ownership - |
| |
| Promoter requires winners to submit proof that they are the authorized
account holders of the email addresses, which they used to enter the Promotion.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned
to an email address by an Internet service provider, or online service organization
that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated
with the email address. |

Newsletters/Third Party Marketing Companies - |
| |
| By entering the Promotion, you agree to receive, from time to time, promotional
offers which may include opportunities to join and/or participate in services
or programs that are offered by us directly or our from our marketing partners. |
| Any of your dealings with such marketing partners or participation in
promotions offered by such marketing partners, including the delivery of
and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions,
warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions,
are solely between you and the marketing partner. Promoter shall not be
responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions. To
complete your Promotion entry and confirm your agreement to receive the
offers, you may, at any time, opt-out of receiving the offers by following
the opt-out instructions contained in the offers you receive. |

Drawing and Awarding of Prizes - |
| |
| The Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries
received, to be held after the end of the promotion period at the Promoter's
offices. All decisions of the Promoter are final and binding. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified
by email, phone, or U.S. mail within fifteen (5) days of the drawing. Winner
will have five (5) days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail
to or by U.S. mail to the address specified in the notification. The Promoter
is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected
notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. |
| If potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) calendar days from
the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and
an alternate winner will be selected. |

Release of Liability - |
| |
| Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration
of eligibility, and where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within
ten (10) days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize,
the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for
the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation,
unless prohibited by law. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible,
fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed
declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate
winner will be selected. |

Prize Details - |
| |
| FREE Voucher will be awarded for any one of certification of our
offerings of our choice. Voucher has an expiry date. You must take test
by using that voucher by expiry date. Expiry date can not be extended in
any circumstances. One voucher is good for one exam only. No cash value. |
| Number of prizes could vary from month to month based on number of entries
received. |
| The Prize winners will be chosen randomly from among all valid entries
received during the term of the Promotion. The Prizes will be sent via email.
The winners are not entitled to any alternative prizes and the prizes are
nontransferable. The Prize winners are responsible for reporting and payment
of all taxes (including federal, state and local, if any) on account of
the prizes. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable"
will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. |
| All prizes claimed will be awarded. Prize is not transferable. Only one
prize per family or household will be awarded. If winner is deemed a minor
in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent
or legal guardian. |

Limitation of Liability - |
| |
| By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules
and the decisions of Promoter, which shall be final. Promoter, agents and
representatives of Promoter, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are
not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed,
damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible (ii) telephone,
electronic, hardware, facsimile machine or service, or software program,
network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of
any kind; (iii) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions;
(iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Promoter that
may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or; (v) any printing
or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. |
| By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees, to release
and hold Promoter and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders,
agents, representatives of Promoter, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless
from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind
in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession,
or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death,
and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or
invasion of privacy. |

Venue - |
| |
| The state court in the State of Michigan shall resolve any and all disputes
and claims relating to this Promotion. Michigan law shall apply to the resolution,
award, enforcement and collection relating to any dispute or claim. The
prevailing party in any legal proceeding pertaining to this Promotion shall
be entitled to all attorney's fees and costs incurred by the participation
in the legal proceeding. |

Promoter Rights - |
| |
| Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend,
or modify the scheduling of part or all of this Promotion should virus,
bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control
of Promoter corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or
proper play of the Promotion or for any other reason without prior notice.
In such event, Promoter may award prizes in a random drawing from all eligible
entries received up to the date of cancellation or suspension. |
| Promoter may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Promotion or
winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant
is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by
cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including
the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse,
threaten or harass any other entrants or Promoter representatives. |

Intentional Maliciousness - |
| |
| CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE
OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION
OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, PROMOTER
RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES)
FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. |
